Sounds like the secondary air pump.

Hi, has anyone encounter this problem? Only during the first 10 ~ 15 secs or so after starting the car, then it goes away. What could be the cause?
Thanks for your time.

If you can find the fuse for it and pull it you can see if it stops making that noise at start up. Sorry don't have a DIY. Do a search for SAI delete. It stands for Secondary Air Injection

Just had a chance to look under the hood, am I missing something from the connector on the left side of the stick air box?? I didn't remember that it connects to nothing?
Thanks.

It turns out that there's one little house from the top that came loose, fitted it back in but seems little loose. That's how this fix the issue :-)
Thanks.

The little 90° connector on the left fell off. It hasn't been making noise after reconnecting. Seems on the loose side, maybe need to tighten with a metal clamp or zip tie.
Cheers.
Jack.
