BigWeever is a 02 Gti 1.8t. The reason as too why I decided to do the things I have chosen to do:

    1. I tired of everyone putting nice wheels on their car along with bags and saying its a show car.
    2. I chose to extend my fenders and take out the body line because I honestly have never seen it
except for in pics. I saw at SOWO the past couple of years some BMWs had the fenders flared but never a VW.
    3. I love the boser hoods but didn't want to do a tiny one. Go big or go home. I also chose to have the hood go straight over the lights just for a different look.
    4. I also chose to keep my side molding due to the fact I like the break up and the way the moldings look.

    Now for pics!!!!

Taking off Gti front end an swapping out for a gli front end.

I was also installing a f1 racing stage 3 clutch and flywheel, because I was at the same time as the swap installing apr stage 3+.
I bought it from some guy names Raymond Riviera in Floride who is a horrible seller. He never sent me all the parts listed even after I paid for everything. He wouldn't message or call me back and after 6 months and I got a new number. I finally got a hold of him and still nothing. He is a liar and I just warning u if he tries to sell stuff again.

    The new clutch and flywheel

    The old bull crap
installing the manifold and Turbo using a little giant as a engine hoist. Lol

Looks good man. I have seen several wide body VW's before though just not as popular as it used to be I guess.

Yea I only 20 and have been into Vw for about 4 yrs now. I mean I have only seen one or two in person for the past couple of years. U see them a lot in magazines and crap but it's not common in person to see it. I know what I mean though. Yea I said the same thing when all I had to use was the ladder hahaha I shifted my car and the motor slid so I had to brace it up. It was just floating with the laddder.

Yea I have more of the boser hood too. I kinda had a idea of how I wanted to do my fenders, and just went with it. The passenger side is the one I started with so once I started I learned from that one and it made the driver side one a breeze. I still need to Prime get all the low spots then sand for paint. I used a sawzall to cut through both layers of metal on the rear fenders cause it worked the fastest and most efficient. I started with a grinder but took too long and was hard to use.

With the boser hood, I went to my local metal retailer and bought a sheet of metal. The boser hood u buy online uses the cheapest thinnest metal possible so it's not very strong. I used metal that was the same thickness of your average car I want to say its like 1/8" but I can't totally remember. Will get back on that.

In the last pics u can see how I welded the center first the cut the two sides after the center was welded. I also cut the side pieces to slide under the center piece for durability and later was welded.

Yea thats what I was going for. Lol I worried that I won't be able to get it inspected in Virginia. I figured if I can't because the turn sig light is covered by the hood I will switch the fog and the turn sig lights to make it inspection worthy.

Welcome to the angry focus Boser club, your car looks like it will not disappoint.
This guy from waterfest is a disappointment....

I hate to trash someone else's car but this guy makes the few others with angry Bosers look stupid!

BoraRJTi guy the color of your car is sex. Yea I also was thinking about going dual blinkers. I guess I could just split the wires and get a yellow blinker cover.
