The overall diameter of the wheel and tire together is about the same no matter if it is 18 inch or 19. The bigger the wheel, the thinner the tire. So wheel gap will be almost the same. If you get thicker tires along with bigger wheels, the gauges will be off by a higher amount and it will wear your brakes out quicker. Do a simple google search of "tire size calculator" i cannot believe in this day and age where "google"has become a verb, that people seem to forget its purpose and getting their info immediately rather than post on a forum and wait and wait. And risk having people criticize you for your wheel choice or lack of knowledge.

Because we all know this forum has bunches of those types

If its a matter of killing the wheel gap, get 18's and drops it.

    Or do this.

Why won't you google it? It isn't that complicated man.

Here... This is the second site that pops up when you google "tire size calculator"

    http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Put in your stock tire size, and the potential new size choices. Hit submit and view all the info you need to know.

    pretty much man
but you are going to want to go lower with a tiny tire on a 19 due to wheel gap
i suggest you get coilovers because springs are not height adjustable
