Was wondering on the wear factor with the titanium package. How does the alcantara hold up over time? Found a used one which I might pull the trigger on. Is it worth getting over another a3 with a sport package?

I have never heard of alcantera wearing out in other cars. Is it a common problem for other OE's?

It's gotta be at least as durable as anything else in an Audi interior
Anyway, it looks awesome and you should get it.![]()

I'm curious where you found a source for it and cost.

Been looking around at either a new GTi or a used/ almost new a3. Found an a3 titanium package and nothing else along with another a3 with sport package and navigation. Both are 11' and about the same price with about 12k miles both are AWD.
I ask because I have 2 kids.

Somewhere in the "Ask a Parts Guy" thread is the part numbers for the seat upper and lower covers in Alcantara.
