    Turbo MKI New to Oahu

    Hey guys, just got to the island a couple days ago. I have a turbo MKI Rabbit, which is not here yet but should be in a week or so. Just wanted to get out and meet some people. I've got a lot of questions regarding local laws and whatnot if anyone is willing to help me out. Let's just say my car is barely legal in Colorado so yeah need to find out what I have to do to drive/reg it here. Hit me up if you're bored! 719-963-7329 James

    Welcome to this rock! Post pics.... And why is it barely legal in Colorado?

    Just clicked on your link, alot of work put into your car. If you plan on rollin that low down here good luck, either the roads will eat your oil pan alive, or you will get ticketed left & right. Im not sure how the whole recon thing will work since your car has a cage inside. Any dyno #s?

    super nice!

    recon is a stupid little crap hawaii has that you need to get for a modded car. I failed 3 times because my car wouldn't "bounce." go figure and good luck!
