WTB: GTI (Manual, Eastern US) Budget: $19,000

Hello all, I'm on my second VW and would really like to find a clean GTI as a replacement. My main requirement is a manual. The only color I'm not fond of is red but would consider it on the right car.

Budget is up to $19,000 depending on the options. The following are not required, however, strongly desired:
-Bi-Xenons
-Dynaudio
-4-doors
