I've always wonder what the inside looks like:

Skip to 2:30 for the good part. The flight officers sitting sideways is logical. But I'm guessing it's not too fun sitting sideways during a cat launch or landing. Maybe the seat swivels?

I understand, in the Greyhound (COD) if it's set up for passenger duty, the seats face rearwards.

I'm also hoping there's a bathroom back there since those Hawkeyes stay up for a looong time.

Of course there is a bathroom there. The E-2D is going to be amazing. I have friends that fly CODs and E-2C.

Yes the sit facing forward for takeoff/landing.

Sitting sideways is logical, but from my Flight Test Engineer friends, can induce some special flight sickness for the uninitiated.

And sometimes they face to the rear, they do in our plane at least.
