I have a ZVW153114 roof rack, it has some surface rust but is solid.

It has the 4 rubber feet, but DOES NOT have one of the two side clamps.

I bought it off a friend who needed some when his was selling his Jetta, I haven't seen too many of the so I figured if I got an Mk1 Jetta I could use it or sell it one day.

Offer me something, i will take some pictures when I get a chance.
