    Anyone plan on picking this up? i really need to build a new PC for all the new games coming out. Mines getting really dated.





    Sounds pretty cool to me. it's on sale for pre-order but only $15 with no discount.

    Hopefully it still supports mods like GG turbo, etc.

    it's an Xbox live download right? i think it will be in the PSN store for ps3 as well.

    I'll be playing. I have honestly never played a CS game before. Crazy I know.

    My fps games through the years have been Return to Castle Wolfenstein in 01, COD in 03, then COD and Halo throughout the years. Edit: Oh, and the Battlefield series.

    After 30min with the trial, I got MS points the very next day and purchased it. Such a throwback to good times. Had 3 other friends on last night for a few rounds. Still prefer it on PC but on console with the quick pick up n play, it'll be good times..

    I like the map texture updates. Still setting up my button layout though.

    I'll be hopping on via PC as well, just am broke as a joke right now and need to get the car running first, then a new sata drive so I have some space available to load it via steam.

    I am back, Counter-Strike!

    I started playing a bit before 1.3 and stopped playing at 1.6, when the shield came out. I skipped Source completely.

    CS has always been one of my favorite games because it requires specific CS skills/strategies, communication, and teamwork.

    CS is also unintentionally funny, especially with a good crowd. It's not forced-funny like TF2. CS' funniness is very natural.


    CS: GO is bit more serious than the old stuff, but it's still the CS I knew and loved.

    Not a bad game but coming from being a hardcore 1.5-1.6 player the game isn't quite that great. Awesome graphics and game play tho. I just don't think any fps will steal my heart like 1.6
