Looking for a good diy for 2004 mk4 gti vr6 lowering springs..

Can someone post up a link of the best diy?
I am installing h&r lowering (sport) springs on my 2004 gti vr6 24v.. looking for a good install diy.. so far i have found only this one:

Also i put the jack stands under the big bolts of the subframe, i want to make sure that they will not get in the way once i am taking out the struts and all... please let me know thanks.

That DIY looks pretty good. Im not sure if theres another one in the MKIV forums under DIY. If not try just a google search. The jacks look good on the subframe but would make me nervous just being on the bolts incase the car wants to move a little bit.
