96 eurovan winnebago not communicating

i have a 96 winnebago camper, wont communicate with any scanner including the new hampshire inspection machine, ugh. it has an aftermarket style radio installed by winnebago. my dealer wont touch it because its a bago, any help to get this van talking?

Check all the fuses first, then try disconnecting the radio and re-trying. Seen one with a blown fuse for the DLC the other day. good luck

thanks ill try it, been out of the eurovan circuit for a bit, but if you need advice on a bay window i can help.i appreciate the fast response.
