    Truck tire? What a moron. The pressure most heavier duty tires require would make them silly to slash (as evidenced).

    Looks like he broke is arm or at least injured it badly. I believe you're seeing blood left behind on the ground where his forearm was.

    I'm guessing it was a dually since it appears the tire doesn't go flat after detonating, or am I just crazy?

    The buses I work with run tires at 130PSI. The tire guys that come by to service them have mentioned filling some truck tires to 175.

    If the truck isn't heavily loaded the sidewalls can keep up the act until you start rolling.
