Where were these teachers when I was in high school?
all students were 18 and she was married to a deployed soldier. She's facing 20 years in prison.
That's why she waited until her kids were away. She is just thoughtful like that."If you know Brittni, you know she's an empathetic loving, loyal person. Brittni is a loving mother and continuously puts the needs of our children above her own," Christopher Colleps said before the trial began.

"Improper relationship w/ a student"?
What happened to being over 18 and being considered an adult that can make their own decisions and be responsible for their own actions? It didn't happen on school property, but in her home, between consenting adults. Is she a dumb broad? Absolutely. Did she commit a crime? Nope. Certainly not one that could carry a 20 year prison sentence.
And here's and interesting thought on a legal double-standard. Kids under 18 can be treated (and charged) as adults, for committing certain crimes. Their juvenile status does not protect them. So, if they're considered old enough to be treated like adults, even though they are <18, why is it automatically statutory rape if someone over 18 has sex w/ someone under 18? I'm not talking about cases where Romeo & Juliet laws apply.
I can see the whole "inappropriate relationship with a student" thing, but twenty years? Unless these 18 year old kids are claiming irreversible psychological damage (yeah ****in' right), why should there be any jailtime?
The jury should just give these guys a round of high fives and call it a day. The husband on the other hand should be allow to publicly flog this bitch for cheating on him while he's away at war. Unless he's a cuck and enjoys this sorta thing, then its game on.
As far as I'm concerned, there was a crime committed only if none of the kids came to the door and said, "I'm here for the gangbang."
What a wasted opportunity that would've been.
