Coilovers, seriously. They are adjustable and they ride pretty smooth, at least my JOM's did on both of my cabbys.

Vogtland cup kit if you dont wanna go that route.

yes agreed, i have coilovers on my mk2 and i like the ride ect, but this is for my g.f. and she is 5ft with some 34dd and they bounce alot, and she hates my car becuse of the ride. so was thinking that the cabby would be heavier and might ride better, but she is against coilovers so looking for a little bit low with good ride handeling. looking at some h&r springs with bilstine shocks?
    thanks for your advice.

No offense intended, but: If this is a car your girlfriend is daily driving, then what does she want? If she doesn't care about ride height, leave it alone. If she wants it lowered a bit without sacrificing much of the ride quality, then the H&R/Bilstein Sport combo is a good one (my '86 has it); just be sure to inform her that she can longer go screaming through dips and over bumps or you, kind boyfriend, will be replacing an oil pan.

Let me add that in my experience, "extremely low" and "daily driver" usually don't go well together. Be sure to check out the roads the car will travel on a daily basis to make sure you're not creating a bigger problem.
