I am selling my '93 VW Euro Van. It has been a really great vehicle, but I don't need as much space anymore, so I'm downsizing. I bought it for $3000 and have had it for about a year. There are lots of great uses for a van like this, but I used it to haul musical equipment around town. It is a great size, a bit larger than a minivan but a bit smaller than a full size conversion van. It drives like a car, very easy to handle. The van converts itself from the normal setup, with storage in the back, a bench seat, a table, and a rear facing back seat to the sleeping, or large storage mode, where the table and rear facing seat fold up, and the bench folds down into a queen size bed. Its huge, and comfortable too. It really is the perfect van for weekend trips, festivals, camping, etc.

Like most vehicles, there are lists of both pros and cons:

Pros:

New engine braces
Immaculate service records by myself and the previous 2 owners. The van has been well maintained.
360 degrees of blackout curtains for privacy
Very easy to convert from driving to sleeping setup
Reliable trailer hitch
Great for in-town driving or long distance trips
Automatic Locks/Windows
Heater works great in the winter
CD player/ AV hookup for Ipod or a phone

Cons:
AC doesn't work, needs compressor
Crack in windshield (standard for Texas vehicles it seems)
Will likely need a new timing belt in the next 6 months (accounted for in price.)
Tiny bit of rust on driver door

Anyway, let me know if you're interested!! I hate to see it go, but I'd love to see someone get good use out of it.
