Jetta 24V VR6 Weird Sound

Hey Guys, need help diagnosing a problem. Check out this video. My jetta makes this high pitch sound only when i come to a full stop or idle but after like a 15 minutes or longer of driving. What could it possibly be?

im guessing its the pully bearing in the aux belt tensioner, its probably been run dry of grease and when it warms up it sqeeks, one way to check is once it starts sqeeking remove the belt and spin the pully, and start it up realy quick if theres no sqeek shut it off straight away as the coolant pump wont running, {no belt}
