I was searching around a bit, couldn't really find the information I was looking for.

Has anyone installed this setup? Out of the available aftermarket options I like this one the best and am unsure if it will be a direct install or if something like a bracket, etc. will need tweeked to fit....

For what it's worth the vendor says it will fit the TSI motor but is unsure of CC fitment....

Input would be very appreciated! Thanks!

      Here's what I'm looking at...

I would stay away from that intake....its gonna suck up lots of hot air from the engine bay

I would say I agree on the sucking up hot engine air, but I run a p-flo which is even less blocked from the rest of the engine bay than this intake.

I think fitment you are fine, but not 100% positive. Just because I like to keep things as close to OEM as possible, I don;t like that they moved the MAF sensor. On stock intake it is next to the engine not behind it. Not sure any of this matters.

Thanks for your replies. I also like that Forge Wintake (sp?).....seems like a solid unit. I'm just really not a fan of carbon fiber and that's most of the choices we have.

      Thanks for the replies guys.

Do you mind posting some pictures of the Forge setup installed? Is it audible? I realize aftermarket intakes essentially do the same thing as a high flow panel filter.....I'm really after the aggressive turbo noise. lol

It whistles when you step on it, hard to explain but I personally don't hear the turbo spool inside the car.

Back to the original question....the BSH intake does work/fit!
DOQ_Fastlane has it on his car

Most of the intakes do work, but some of the ones that move the MAF sensor or don't use the factory MAF sensor housing can have issues

That's why I stuck with the Carbonio or the Neuspeed
