    Cant connect to obd ii port

    yes its plugged in. I've tried all different usb ports on my laptop. I downloaded the program to roll down my windows with the key fob. The program that is in czech. It keeps giving me port not ready. I am running windows 7. Can anyone help?

    I have the stock radio in there by the way and it has never been tampered with.
