their dealership lots to accommodate all our cars and the Golf R... they're catering in delicious

TRACK DAY HOST HOTEL INFO
Our host hotel is the Palmdale Hotel, located at 300 West Palmdale Blvd., Palmdale, CA 93551.
The Palmdale Hotel is a very nice hotel. It has a nice pool and hot tub area and a fitness room.
The Speed Ventures deal is great: $69/night (1-2 people) or $138/night for a 2-room suite.
Included in your price are 2 drink coupons for the bar and a full breakfast! Reservations must be
made over the phone (661) 273-1200. Please state that you are with SPEED VENTURES to get the

The event is intended to support the VW brand as they are the title sponsor along with APR. That said, there will be a handful of non-VWs on the track... including those helping with track instruction, some sponsor cars and a few special invitees.

porsche is now fully owned by vw. as of i believe 2 weeks ago, vw bought the 46% or 48% or whatever of porsche that they did not own, hence porsche's are one of us now.

I saw the registration list for the track day and there are two Audis. Plus APR provides products for Porsche so I would still be supporting one of your sponsors. Id like to bring an '06 Turbo X50 as well as my GTI.

Fastivus 2012's World Famous Raffle... amazing love and support from our sponsors!!!

Reminder how it works... each attendee will get one raffle ticket. Each prize will have it's own
raffle box. You must place your one ticket in one of the many boxes... by doing this, you have
a great chance of winning the one prize you want, but effectively remove yourself from having
a chance at any of the other raffle prizes.

This has been our format for years, since 2005 and has worked wonderfully for us... it ensures
that you get want what you win and highly discourages reselling or trading of prizes after the
event.

So make sure you arrive early to get your raffle ticket, we stop handing them out at 1PM and
the raffle is at ~2PM. Must be present to win!

APR tune is for many other VWs
HPA DSG tune and Big Brake kit is not just R
United Motorsport Flash is not limited to the R
Rotiform Wheels
VMR wheels
BFG Tires
HPA Short Shifter
HPA Motor Mounts
VF Engineering Mounts

The entire weekend is open to all VWs.

All the prizes? Nah, some yes but not all. Wheels fit any car, as do tires. Bike rack fits any MKIV, MKV or MKVI. APR and UM tunes can be used on any VW. The Unibrace fits many different cars.

at the event and everyone who attends will be able to have a

WOW, thanks everyone for turning out today... the number of people blew my expectations out of the water!

FAVOR... I will post up an official THANK YOU thread on Monday after the track day tomorrow... please refrain from posting pics and commentary up in this thread as I'd like to properly thank all of our sponsors properly in a post... and consolidate all our pics and feedback on the event in one thread.
