Mine did that until I made sure that the rubber covers on the back were perfectly installed and defect free. It might not be your housings, it may be the back covers.

When I installed my hids, I was able to fit all the wiring and ballasts inside the stock housing. So it has no opening to more moisture as compared to stock.

      Totally agree

I see so many cars riding around with those crappy plug in HID kits. Not only do they look terrible but they're dangerous.

I say save the money for a proper upgrade, or just replace your stock bulbs with something closer to the look you're going for.

Both of you are absolutely right, no doubt about it I took the cheaper way out, but the headlight still has plenty of condensation, any ideas?

Hids cause heat. Heat causes condensation in colder weather. If your dust cap has a hole for wires to run through this is enough to create condensation. Buy new dust caps and put stock bulbs back in. Before doing that use a blow drier in empty socket to get out condensation? Also any rock chips in headlight housing?

You need a rubber grommett to do it properly. But as everyone else says invest in projectors if you want to run HID's.
