I was at the dealer today and they said a Moonrock wagon was coming in next week . I looked at a color chart a few times and still am not sure on the color.
Camary Gold.... Good discription on what I don't want .

How 'gold' is really the Moonrock Silver Metallic? I have a Candy White TDI SW on order

but my patience is running thin. 2 months in......They have a moonrock silver metallic coming in (almost here) which I can get but I can't find a dealer with that color that I can take a look at nearby.
I'm in LA. I've been looking at pictures online but there is a wild swing in the 'gold' tone in the color. Subtle is good, Camry gold is not.
If it's close to silver, but not quite, it's great.

I work at a VW dealer and the Moonrock silver is very much gold.

Saw a Moonrock this morning at the dealer .. Kind of a light gold . Looks a little too Mom and Dad for me . I don't think I could walk out to the garage every day and look at this color..

white gold was bearable....
moonrock is gold gold gold.
not a nice color if you are under 50 imo

was white gold a 2011/12 color? If so, maybe that's what i'm thinking of. It was just a touch of yellow into the silver giving it a warm silver look. Very pale.

IIRC White Gold is 2010 / 2011......Sometimes it looks silver, sometimes beige.
