How to change (make higher with VCDS) loading level limit speed

I asked this earlier attached to a 2007 thread but I guess no one saw it.

I need to figure out a way to change the speed the car will allow the air suspension to begin lowering to the loading level. Here are the logs I took this morning:

I have noted that the proximity warning system/lights turn on/off at about 10 mph. I would like to make the load level begin at the same speed or a little higher.

1) is there a proximity warning system component/section/address I could go to and copy the speed coded there - and paste the same value into a similar location in the module that controls the loading level?
If so, how do I go about doing that?

The thread you put this in originally gave you the answer. This can't be done. Many have tried to figure it out .

I'm not sure "can't be done" is precisely equal to 'nobody knows how yet'. I got the can't be done from my original search.
I'd appreciate any tips from the Ross Tech folks as to which control modules to look at - first the fact that the parking proximity warning system turns on at abt 10mpg and thus must contain coding triggering action below that speed - , and second - there also must be a place in the level control system on the air ride vehicles that tells it 'lowering may begin if speed reading is below value X'. It would also be helpful to know where this bit of code (X) is located.
