Any ideas why oil would be running through my ic piping? Oil all over skid plate I'm hoping turbo isn't going

Not the turbo. PCV. Look into a catch can or the PCV update.
WTF... I cut it twice and it's still too short...

Did the catch an already there's no oil in it and when I pulled the dipstick it smelled like fuel. And its still empty. I've had the catch can on about a month now.

A recirculating catch can could still potentially send some oil back into the intake stream

Ok. But does that explain why there's like a ton of oil sprayed all over the passenger sideof the motor where the turbo is?

You could have had a clog in the catch can lines and the pressure build up could have forced the oil out of the head via valve cover gasket.

It happened to my car over winter. Moisture froze in the hose, built up pressure and released it through the oil cap and valve cover. The gasket was fine. I was told that's what the rubber o rings on the valve cover bolts are for. But ya oil was everywhere on the fire wall, header, passenger side motor mount area.

Most my oil was on the skidplate around turbo inlet pipe off of turbo into the IC. I bought the 42dd ultimate and when I checked the dipstick in the catch can it was empty ive been running it for about a month. Ran codes yesterday and it said i had a too lean and too rich have no ideas what those are about. than i got a cylinder 1 3 and 4 misfire. Those are usually just coils right?

Well if you've got oil in the intercooler piping then you could have oil and carbon buildup on the tops of your intake valves. I had some misfire codes and the only way to truly clean the valves is to take the intake off and scrub the gunk off.

It's normal to an extent. I have the BSH stage 1 plate and it still happens. If it's sprayed all over, then I'd be worried. But a little dripping and a small mess in the skid plate after thousands of miles, with some hard driving, I wouldn't worry about.

Bad fuel pump? Bad o2 sensor? Check your cam follower?

Sounds like PCV. Try putting your stock back on if it's still in tact. What are the codes for again?
