I recently purchased an entire suspension system to replace my current one.
Its a stock replacement from another mk2 golf.

The set is used, but "in great shape, no leaking or anything. It rode great."

Can you guys offer any advice AND a possible how-to link to help with switching all of my suspension out.

Are there any certain things I should look for when I receive the new stuff? Any thing in particular that I should look for on the car when I take off the current suspension?

This will be a first for me, being that I have never done suspension work.

    Thanks!

So, I need to replace my struts/mounts and bushings when I pick up my car this week.

I work out of town, and I work a lot.

I'm looking to order new stuff instead of used suspension parts.

I would rather do this myself than pay $600 to have a shop do it for me.

Does anybody have something that I could possibly view or study so that I will have a slight clue as to what I will be doing?
