Hey all,

I have a pair of first gen Shimano Dura Ace 7800 SPD SL road pedals.
I noticed I was getting some cleat lift, and I think I've narrowed down the cause. The nylon insert has worn smooth to the body of the pedal. ( For reference, the new Shimano pedals have a replaceable stainless steel insert.)

Is there anything I should know about replacing this nylon insert? Easy? Just pry with a screw driver?
