He's mouthing off to almost all drivers in Brazilian slang and slurs, many-a-times telling people to pay attention because he is coming trough, or commenting on other drivers abilities, even greeting one with "good morning dear fellow" as squeezed by the sprinter van.

I like to imagine that he's just saying "F*CK YEAH I'M ON A BIKE" because that basically captures how my brain sounds when I ride. When it's left untranslated it reads more as raw exhilaration.
