unable to post pics

Can not seem to be able to attach pics to my ad. Am told I do not have permission to post pics. What needs to be done so that I can complete my ad?? Very frustrating.

We have attachments turned off here.

Our user database is so huge that if we had attachments turned on for everyone, it would bog things down. If you want to post a picture, host it somewhere else (photobucket, flickr, picasa, etc) and then insert it in your post here using [img ] and [/ img] tags.
