I'm planning to track my car in 2 weeks at Fastivus and I am at 38,000 miles right now and due for an oil change. My question is, should I do my oil change and/or DSG service before or after the track day. I also have a rev D diverter valve waiting to go into my car, should that be changed before tracking as well or is it nothing to worry about? Obviously money is tight, so what should I do now or can I put things off?

Money is tight but you're tracking your dd?

Definitely do your services before the track day. Tracking your car is one of the most stressful conditions you can put your car through. Oil change before and after. It would be a good idea to change your brake fluid also.

Before would probably be a good idea. this way you have fresh fluid in there to properly lubricate everything and keep the parts running a little cooler under the high stress you will be putting it under.
