      yeh, a lot easier said than done. I sold mine and spent years trying to get it back. Bought it back in 05 and couldn't afford another build. Taking 2 cars to make 1 build. Don't have the heart to part with red shell now

      This car has to be floating around somewhere...

      I may very well abandon finding it, fix my 500E ( which is fast as hell mind you, and handles like a 964/993)

      I may abandon it and build a Lambo/Diablo Kit Car.

      I'm all sorts if confused, my mind has been in "overload" WAYYYYYY too much over the last 10-11 months.

      OR:

      I'll just buy a 93+ VR and start over (although the IC plumbing on that car is worth ALMOST the car's value now. True story)

      Don't you have the VIN on any old paperwork

      The assembly line number you posted in the VIN# thread, was that this one?

      Call the insurance company you had it on...they will have the VIN on file.

      I know I saw some people asking for his vin and since his vin ends in 003168, I've narrowed possibilities based on vins from 1993 USA corrados. There are 3 letters/ numbers that I couldn't pin down.

      WVWED4500NK003168

      5th digit is either a D or E

      9th digit is either 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

      10th digit is either an N or K

      So do werk!

      Not to bring this back from the dead but I spoke a gentlemen who knows a guy named Adam in Vermont that bought a green SLC VRT from a guy in PA and has since swapped the engine into a golf. probably was yours
