Check your wheel speed sensors.
Hello fellow TT'ers..
Just a little background on the issue... Most recently I had polyurethane control arm bushes installed and while off had the ball joints replaced. Shop did an alignment, but I dont think its right because of the below.
Ever since, the car has continued to pull right on acceleration and left when braking. Almost as if the wheels are pointed wrong. I saw this as probably just a bad alignment so I stopped driving for a few days til I had a chance to get an alignment.
Today, I bring the car to work because I have an appointment for an alignment and the Traction Control light keeps flashing when braking. I tried searching and I just get the flashing light when turning, but not braking.
Please help point me in the right direction.
definitely get an alignment asap. I installed some camber plates at one point, and when taking hard turns, i had my traction control light going off....
went away after i had the alignment...
if it's still happening after the alignemnt then you know you have something else going on
Well, after further inspection. The shop who installed my control arms reversed the 2 bolts.. The control arms on the smaller bushing was just being held by the sub frame's socket. So angry at that shop right now as this was very dangerous.
Thanks for the help guys! Now I really need an alignment..
