I need to get a diagnostic on the motor. Started having an engine light come on some time ago, so at 60K miles I chased a misfire so I changed the plugs and coilpacks, cleaned MAF and changed air filter. Ran good for about a day. Then replaced the PVC/Oil seperator figuring a replace some things that go around 60k+, or so I thought.

I have no engine light but car still runs rough on initial acceleration, worse just after startup.

In the spirit of staying away from a dealer, I am reaching out to see if a diagnostic and/or repair can be done by the VW community.
