    is the front bumper missing the tow hook cover? and are those scratches around it or is it just dirty?

    I believe I have the tow hook cover for it. Have to double check (it's currently stored about 25 miles from me).

    I'll have to check the scratches/dirt as well... I want to say it's more then likely dirt.

    I'll have to check the scratches/dirt as well... I want to say it's more then likely dirt.
    I'm definitely still interested in the front bumper w/lip. But need a guarantee that the "scuffs" on the passenger side are only dirt and can be washed clean. Lemme know and/or send a new pic. Thanks!
