Well, that was always the downfall (partially my fault) of doing business with them. They never took responsibility for their own actions and they left us out to dry countless times. People blamed me/ORT for the shoddy customer service and it actually wasn't me at all, it was BagYard. BagYard never quite grasped the concept of keeping a minimum stock level and allowing us to stock parts here in the States. It's a lost cause at this point and it's like russian roulette, but with money.![]()
