FS/FT 97 Jetta Vr6 need some TLC

Selling my vr jetta. have been thinig back and forth and finally decided to sell it. Car runs nd does need some tlc. Currently its leaking water from the thermostat housing but i have orderd the part nd plan to replace it.
Paint is pretty bad will need a new spray.( this is how it was when i got it.)
Interior is ok. driver seat has rips as u can see.
engine is great besides the thermostat problem the alternator is making noise but still works.
but runs greats.
shocks are great. dives smooth.
Mileage is 140k
Has A Borla Muffler nd sounds great!.
To Sum it up.
Bads:
Thermostat leak. (currently and will be fixed) Update: Fixed And No Leaks Whatsoever
Alternator making noise.
Tags need to be payed. over due fees.
One window doesnt work.
Paint is bad
Goods:
Shocks are great.
drives smooth
Borla Exhaust.
140k miles
Price is 1500obo! or trade for a mk2 or mk3

im going to start the price at 2k. OBO. the Bads it has now i will start fixin , and once i finish fixin everything i will put a better price. Not in a hurry to sell but will trade. jst let me know what you got. New paint soon!

Bump thermostat leak fixed just needed new sealants.
