Are the driver side window switches/ the entire setup available??

I have a 2007 Volkswagen. Will it hurt to put a synthetic blend oil in the car instead of fully synthetic?
VW recommends to only put fully synthetic oil in the car.

I can use some stupid parts if you got them.
I need the metal clips that the under dash clips into badly (not the clips on the underdash but the female metal receiver clips)
Also, the passenger B-pillar trim if you have it in tan and not ripped.
Center armrest button would be cool.
Ummmm I dunno but prolly other stuff, too. I'll fill you in when I think of em
