I am the original owner of this car
it has seen 1 winter (1995)
there is no rust at all, the floors and strut towers are 100% solid
it is not 100% perfect but still in awesome shape
car was repainted about 4 years ago, could use a nice compond/polish/wax/
the front section of the rockers are a bit dented from bad people jacking up my car in the early days but nothing serious
what it includes

complete shell w/ carbon hatch and hood
5 bolt brakes w/ stainless lines w/ drivers edition wheels w/ **** tires that i used to store it on

complete interior w/o any seats
manual windows (working)
sunroof (working)
gti taillights
oem suspension

MISSING
basically the engine bay is empty
no rad/rad support, grille or headlights

You should have followed your regular MO
Price out a carbon hood and hat h ( with oem glass). Oem euro gti flares, oem euro gti mouldings and Euro bumpers front and rear.
Then add a vento dash, 5 bolt brakes that do NOT require any replacement parts, braided lines, control arm with poly bushings, masontech great plates, neuspeed rear tie bar.
Oh ya , i almost forgot the clean shell
I really don't care what you or anyone else has To say about my price. I have everything i need to throw an NA vr6 setup in it and enjoy it again if i dont get what i want
