    Nice truck at a pretty competitive price It's a shame you already picked up a TDI or I would be offering mine in trade

    Haha thanks man. The price difference in fuel is ridiculous! Taking apart the intake manifold and EGR was too.

    I, too, was astounded when I first got my TDI. It makes me mad that I didn't pick one of these up when they were new. I am unsure about the reliability and overall quality of the MKVI diesels.

    I drove one a few months ago and it was really nice. I would be more concerned with the engine and I'm not sure if it has a longer history over in Europe. I'm sure its really not much different than the MKIV reliability wise. Its just easy to know and find out how to fix the MKIV's now.
