Thread: 2006 VW PASSAT 2.0T - Lots of mods - Low Miles!!

  1. 08-30-2012 09:52 AM #1
Up for sale is my 2006 Passat 2.0T. I hate to sell this car, but it is time to move on to the next project. I know what this car is worth if it was stock, but since it is so far from stock I will have to make an educated guess on what to sell it for with all of the modifications. I thought about returning it to as close to stock as possible, but I would rather not if I can sell it like it is. I was asking $23,000 OBO originally considering all modifications. Now I'm asking $14,000 O.B.O. I will listen to any offers. Please no trades unless you have a boosted corvette or something, haha! I still have parts for the car that are not installed yet. Its an automatic transmission. It is united gray with black interior. Pictures will be posted once I find my SD card. Mileage is 49900 (mostly highway miles). Only 93 octane Shell gas and Pennzoil full synthetic was ever put in the car. Car is capable of 34+ MPG cruising at 75 MPH. This car is a blast to drive. It is very comfortable and smooth to drive. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. Here are the list of mods:

This car has been babied since day one. I've only put 33,000 miles on it since the Fall of 2007 when I bought it. I added up the receipts and $6354.98 are engine/performance mods. Cosmetically, there is $5897.72 in mods done. If you actually add these values to what KBB is saying the car is worth stock it comes out to $24,404.70. Who wouldn't want to save $10,000!!!! i'll admit the car looks nice in your pics, but mods don't add money to your car. so no one is saving $10k

I meant if you were to buy this car and want to do all this yourself youll save the money.
