10h00 from Montreal QC to Moncton New-brunswick, never stopped, not even to pee
#115
My longest run was about 675 miles with no fuel or restroom breaks. I could have gone a bit longer.
#116
Chicago to Sarasota FL, have done many times now...always did all the driving. Bathroom, gas, coffee only. 21/22 hours. Sleep deprivation can be a pretty decent buzz.
#117
My longest drive is maybe 6 hours? NY to DC when traffic gets really bad.
Anything longer than that and I'm on a airplane, although I'd like to do a long recreational road trip at some point.
#118
Drove straight from Calgary, Canada to Columbus, OH... roughly took 43 hours.![]()

Sturgis, SD to West Chester, Pa. About 1600 miles and about 23-24 hours only stopping for gas and Monster drinks. Good times.

I do all of the driving while my kids sleep... so they can have a home to be in while there are with me... and not always a temporary thing... just my preference and a sacrifice I choose to make for my children. They are 2 and 5 so I think it matters a lot for my future relationship with them.

Was working in Veracruz in late 2001, my co-worker gets the idea of buying his grandpas F350 pickup, problem is his grandpa lives in Portland, Oregon.
Co-worker promised to drive half of the distance, cover all food & expenses.
So, Portland, Oregon to Veracruz, Mexico with my co-worker. Turns out my co-worker was a sh!tty night driver, and only did 60mph during the day. So, I promptly took the wheel an hour South of Portland and drove my cheap, gassy, whiny, sarcastic, loud-snoring, ungrateful co-worker down to Veracruz. Turned into quite an interesting ride for my co-worker. (see below)
2950 miles, 2½ days, one long haul, no sleep, lotsa red bull, adrenaline, and I refused to stop because my co-worker refused to drive, and he had a small bladder, and was very easily car sicken. So pissing in a cup he went.
Also did San Diego to Miami, Florida in 55 hours in Dec 2006, with the wifey.

I've done the almost-exactly 1000 mile drive from Vancouver, BC to the Bay Area, California around 3 times now. Takes about 19-20 hours. I just can never justify stopping somewhere in northern California to stop to sleep.
Going north I usually stop somewhere between Portland and Seattle though.

My first flights were on Piedmont, probably why i drive everywhere now..
Best Non-stop Knoxville TN- Chicago back to Louisville 13 hrs ~880 miles with no actual stops, stopped on the north side of Chicago long enough for someone to get out, I probably could have made it to Lexington or further but 100+ at times got the mileage down into the 40's
Personal best without sleep, Knoxville to Hallettsville TX and back, 2200 miles, towing a 30' enclosed trailer. Left at 7am Saturday, picked my gf up from work in Knoxville at 8pm Sunday
Personal worst, Knoxville to Los Angeles, 2100 miles in 3 weeks
I am selling a lot of different parts, please identify what you are pming about

About 12 hours, Portland OR to Utah.
I rarely do drives longer then 3-4 hours now, though. And I usually stop once during that time. Not terribly healthy to spend more than 2-3 hours in the seat at once.

Probably Maryland to Florida I remember it being somewhere around the 1000 mile range

Please tell me where you got the photo, the Cadillac with Trailer.
I have been trying to find the website with the info on this road trip.
Any information would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Ottawa to Calgary. It was around 3,500km and took me 47 hours with the help of a lot of coffee and caffeine pills.
This is when I was about 20 and I was moving to Jasper AB. I was driving a 1990 Civic Si without cruise control. I think I slept for a day straight when I got to my Aunts house in Calgary. I also remember my right ankle was sore for a couple of days after because I had no cruise control.
I did a few long road trips when I was younger. Ottawa to Vancouver, then pop down to Tijuana and back to Calgary. Have driven across Canada from Ottawa to Calgary or Vancouver at least a dozen times but the other trips I had friends with me to help split up the driving.

Driving solo in one shot? Topeka KS to Dunkirk NY starting at 6am and finishing for the day around 11 at night. Coming home from SCCA Solo II National Championships in a Neon ACR Coupe, towing a utility trailer with the sound from the Borla muffler blaring off of it, and no radio to drown out the noise.
My white one in the front, but I was in the blue one in the background.

Southern Ohio to Baton Rouge, during my move from Pittsburgh.
I also took the Mustang up to Virginia to break it in during a business trip, though I spent the night in SC both ways.
