Wow.
Final week of the pre-season and there has not been an "Official" Iggles thread yet. Just wow.

Searched and only found the threads from the last two seasons.
(have no idea what makes it "Official" just following the herd)

So, where are all the Eagles fans hiding? Come on, speak up!
Looks like we may have a very good defense this year with plenty of depth. Foles looks like he could be the starter. Vick is ... well Vick.

Thoughts, concerns, complaints....

Lets get it started.

Lurie says-8-8 wont save Reid

I like the teams that he puts together. But if Reid still can't coach a hurry up offense in a 2 minute drill this year. Along with being able to change your game plan to what is actually happening on the field and with less transparency. Then I say good riddance!

The offense played 32 seconds of good football.

Poor Shady, every time he had a decent gain, it was nullified by a holding call. (suspect but still)

I'm happy that they found a way to win, but vick looked terrible. I can already hear the "we want foles" chant. He better shape up especially next week against the ravens.

You see, doing that would just make sense, therefore it won't happen. Andy only coaches the "west coast" offense. Trying to make Vick fit that style quarterback mold, just like with McNabb, won't work. Vick is a great QB but he is not a pocket passer, he can't see over the lineman.

Pound the ball enough that they will have to drop the double coverage on the WR's. Then play action.

Hopefully the Defense can keep it close. If Vick comes out like he did last week, sit his as$ down and put in Foles.....

There were two fouls on the play, icing the puck on the Eagles and the Cardinals hit the midfielder with a pitch. Offsetting penalties, lets touch gloves and have a good clean fight.

Vick, looks like he isn't sure of himself, so what does Reid do, keeps making him throw the ball.
Guess what Andy? It really hasn't worked all season. Either put Vick on the bench, change your game plan, or thow in the towel.

Words cannot describe how badly this team is coached. Andy is a good coach when it comes to giving a game away. Not to take anything away from the Lions, but there is no way they should have been let back into the game.

Andy needs to be shown the door. Vick needs to be benched. Juan Castile needs to hold the door for Andy and then follow him. Laurie needs to grow a pair and make this happen!

I also wish I could stop feeling so damned miserable when they lose. I litterally was mean to my kids and wife because of this, I am weak.

I was never convinced that making Juan the D coordinator was a good idea to begin with.

this O line is attrocious...I don't understand they keep bringing in new guys for Center and they got a guy who was there center for a few years sitting at home in Jackson yet they keep bringing in these rookies... I think Mudd should go also because his scheme doesn't really work either IMO.. I mean the push Dlines are getting is completely unacceptable... they need to get some FA in here who can block regardless whether or not they fit the "MUDD SCHEME"
