It would NOT revert your tune, not even close. They are hard writing software into the ECU, you can't just revert that **** with a battery disconnect. Something else is going on, run vagcom.

Well I also had a leaking APR HPFP so indeed my Stage 2+ tune is still in the ECU but because of the Leaking FP my car went into Limp Mode and basically I am like a Stage 1 car as far as power goes to prevent the engine from going to Lean.

The Shop who installed the Parts is sending two mechanics to check out the Problem will let you know the Outcome.

What is the Max Allowable Redline for a Stage 2+ car I keep hearing from 7200-7600 RPM

Which is it 7200 or 7600.

    Thanks

I think the rev limit on my stage 2+ is 7200, since when I was doing my logging, I wanted to see
how far it would go, and it cut me down what looked like at 7200 rpm.

    Thanks ThatVdub

For some reason I was thinking it was 7600rpm as I heard and have seen some YouTube video's claiming 7600 Redline.

I think, in order to play in those RPM's, the head would have to be worked.

But, I would work more than just the head, if messing with really high RPM's and planning serious power.
