The Dual XDVD8183 is a single DIN in dash receiver with a retractable screen. There are a few advantages to the XDVD8183. The first is its ability to be installed in both single DIN and double DIN slots. The versatility of the XDVD8183 is also apparent in its ability to seamlessly tuck away in its single DIN chassis, protecting the screen as well as acting as a passive anti-theft deterrent. Because the unit does not require much front panel space, another great advantage is its overall larger screen than most in dash LCD monitor receivers!
Display
The unique flip-out retractable 7" LCD screen is housed in the single DIN chassis, allowing it to be installed in nearly all single DIN slots. The LCD frame is both solid and rigid, ensuring maximum longevity of the unit despite countless retraction and extension. The screen is a touchscreen capable monitor that is surprisingly bright, clear, and full of depth. Experience your movies in your vehicle theater system!

Bluetooth and iPod
The XDVD8183 features a built-in Bluetooth hands-free technology that will allow users to pair their Bluetooth capable cellular phone with the receiver. Users could then make phone calls by using the touchscreen as well as monitor call status such as reception and caller ID. In addition, there is also full support for iPod connectivity, allowing the access and control of virtually any dockable iPods (except latest generation iPhone / iPod Touch) and display an iPod interface on the 7" LCD screen.
