This came out of a customers car (2004 Golf TDI). The motor had 149K on it and ran great until the timing belt snapped. It bent pretty much all of the valves. Anyways, we did the math and it was cheaper to swap in a used motor than to try to fix all the issues on their motor. I got the motor as payment of sorts.
The head looks good. It includes the roller rocker shafts, springs, seats, keepers, plus misc. It does not come with the valves installed. I have maybe 4 out of 8 valves. 3-4 out of 8 guides need to be replaced (included, but not installed). They were damaged by the bent valves.
Also, it will need to have about .002-.004 removed to skim off some light scratches that occurred during the removal process, and when in the process of extricating the valves.
All of the other components were in perfect working condition before the belt went.
