SOLD!!!
For sale is a set of 3pc Reverse Face Sterns. Please don't low ball me. Im not in a hurry to sell so I can sit on them for quite awhile. I am willing to deliver them to you if you are within ~200 miles of Montgomery, AL. If you are within range and want delivery, either full payment up front or a deposit of at least $250 is required before I make the drive. Wheels have normal wear from every day use. NEVER been curbed! Also never been refinished to my knowledge. All original center caps included. Anyways, on to the specs/history/photos:
Specs
Size: 18x8
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
***I also have a set of 5x100 -> 5x112 adapters (20mm & 25mm) that will come with them if needed so the they will fit on MK4s***
Offset: +37
Center Bore: ~74.3mm (closest I could measure)
Weight Ea(with tires): ~41lbs
Tires: Dismounted and trashed
History
These are "SC's" or "SA-10's", made for Saleen (to be installed on, appropriately, the Saleen SA-10) by Stern Japan in the 90's.
Once the 17" 5x100 Mustang wheels were complete for the SA-10's, Stern made even a limited run of 18" sets in 5x100, and even FEWER 5x112 18" sets! That's what we have here. Have also seen only one or two sets of 16's for sale.
Scroll down a bit on the page below for more info on these rare wheels:

Lip sizes are all around 1&1/4-1&1/2 inch. As far as shipping, not really looking to go that route right now, but I will try to get an estimate this week.

Been busy, but will try to go by UPS today to see about shipping quotes. On another note, I will be at H2Oi this year, so if someone wants them, I can bring them with me. Same deposit rule as delivery applies if you want to pick them up from me at H2Oi!

Will be at H2Oi, let me know and I will bring them to you there!

Might end up dismounting the tires and trashing them if anyone is interested. Price will be the same though.

I should have recognized base housing LOL.. Same colored roofs and all. Are you going over to ARPs BBQ in OCT? What are you plans for the jetta now if you sell the wheels? I work over at Capitol Chevy in our body shop. I have a inferno orange with yellow pearl mk4 on black longbeaches if you ever see me around. Let me know if you ever want to change the color of that jetta.

Nice! I didn't even know there was a BBQ coming up. When and where?
The jetta actually got traded in for a bigger vehicle due to getting another big dog and potential kids in the future. Right now I am driving my MK3 VR and working on piecing together a turbo kit for it. I'll keep a look out for you and you will notice me if you see a darkish green mk3 GTI, lowered and rolling on stock rims painted black, cruising around. I don't make it off base all that much but I get out every now and then.![]()
