Another local wannabe-hipster trying to sell a beater in my area. Love the Hipstamatic and downplaying of severe problems:

    http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/cto/3237761755.html

1991 Toyota Camry station wagon for sale. This car won't win any beauty prizes, but will get you from point A to point B. We just put a new timing belt in about a month ago. The car occasionally will stall out at a red light but always starts right back up. It also started overheating on me the other day but was fine the next day. Lots of rust by all four wheels. No passenger side rear view mirror. Interior is just decent. Minor cracked axel on right front wheel. This is why we have the car priced so low. But it does run!!! I drive it to Naperville from Chicago every week and it gets me there perfectly fine. We did just replace the right front tire about 2 months ago and the car only has 135,000 miles. These older toyotas seem to run forever. Serious inquires ONLY please; email if interested. Thanks for looking. Peaceful Wishes!

heh.. well I guess you'll need some divine peaceful light to come down and shine on you in the middle of that intersection (stalled again). I've heard prayer for the divine guidance will help with healing a cracked axle and nothing like a little overheating to warm yourself on a nice coming fall day.

It's fine..... really. It's perfectly fine, I'm tellin' you. And if you can't be serious about your inquiry, well I just can't give you a serious answer about that right front tire we replaced (cops thought it might have something to do with that curb I hit and cracked the axle, but whadda they know?)

    I don't see the hipster-isms.
There are no old Porsches - just new owners.

I think too much is being read into this.
Plus, a true hipster wouldn't have a car to sell.

Note how I wrote "wannabe-hipster" in the initial post.

Peaceful wishes, Mr. True Hipster Policeman.

being intelligent doesn't mean you have to drive a nice car.
