hey guys how are you guys doing> im having a huge problem with my car its a 2001 mk4 golf automatic.
so the transmission went out and i took it to a shop to get it fixed and they charged me 2K
that was 2 weeks ago and i picked it up 2 days ago and now the car wont shift they probaby did a sloppy job rebuilding it and they are saying that the reason the car wont shift is because my cluster is not lighitng up so i took it yesterday to an electrical guy and said that there was nothing with the wiring...
so my question to you guys is just because my cluster doesnt show the gear and the miles does that maen that it messes up the transmission too?? or or it shouldnt matter bacuase the transmission is the one sending the signal to the cluster not the other way around..
im just traing to have the shop rebuild the transmisson again or get my money back
