Damn, a sad day if it does come.

Ya know, my daughter says NO but for me, the Scirocco is not pracitcal - parts hard to find, got a primary vehicle that gets lousy mileage and I've been thi nking of getting a newer GTI or Jetta.
I love my rocco but my passion for it - I mean I don't like taking the chance driving it anymore after restoring it, owning it for 20 years.
I've driven it like 3 times this year, 3 times last year...
Space is limited, swapping 3 cars around in a single car garage/driveway is a PITA.......
Whatcha think, a straight swap for a 2002 or NEWER GTI/Jetta?
I'll be thinking about it before posting.

Truck is at a buddies house getting a new oilpan gasket - he needs the work and I don't have the time so I'm using my VW as my primary vehicle again, kinda cool....reminiscent of days gone by..

That's what I do, but if I choose to drive the scirocco I have to swap TWO cars out...
Easy solution, buy a bigger house LOL
