Sorry, should have disclosed the reason for sale. I pasted the excerpt from my main part out thread located in golf/jetta IV classifieds. I am parting out the car to raise money for the next er of my life. There is nothing wrong with this motor. I built it to make reliable power, and took it to a reputable shop after having bad luck in the past with others. Pistons are stock but have fresh rings. Compression is good, always used castrol synthetic with the exception of break in.
The motor has seen routiine maintnance, and has always been driven with more adult-like attitude. It can handle power (I ran it with a 3076r) but was not beat on everyday of its life, or driven during cold weather.
If you have anyquestions, don't hesitate to ask. Ready to mount in and turn up the boost.

In your post you say the engine was Built spring of 2011 so my question is how many miles did you put on the engine.
Thanks -Dave-

Got it,
Last spring, the block was reringed and rehoned, while the head was built. that was at roughly 70k mi on the car. I just pulled all the stuff off at just under 80k. So less than 10k mi as I didnt take exact recordings before and after the swap. Minimal drive time though, about all last summer, and thats it.
