Sadly I must sell the car I swore I would never sell. This is my second B5 S4 and this is my BABY! I got it a few years ago and it has been my second vehicle only being driven about once a week (hey I was gonna keep it forever so I didn't drive it much and always pampered it.) It is 100% reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country, this car is in perfect shape mechanically and the interior and exterior are good for a 12 year old car.

I bought this car as a second vehicle when I had my Audi A4 wagon as a daily driver in addition to my work truck. I looked long and hard for a this B5 S4 to find one that had not been thoughtlessly modded or thrashed or abused. After months of searching I found this car that was owned by the owner of a car audio shop. He always garaged it and he drove it seldom, never abused it and never took it to the track (he had a 911 track car for that) He had JHM do all of the tuning work on it and had them rebuild the transmission, he took care of the car and had it built right the first time. I was glad to have found it and now I am sad to see it go, but I want it to go the right person who will appreciate what it is and how it has been taken care of these last 12 years. My wife and I are trying to buy our dream house and I need the cash for a down payment so sadly this car has to go, maybe someday I can find another B5 as clean as this one but the opportunity to get into this house is truly a once in a lifetime shot.

GIAC stage 2.5 Tune 370 hp 390 tq (This is a tune with intake and exhaust, this doesn't take into account the FMIC, gutted piggie pipes and pre cats or the Bi pipe or diverter valves, all I can say is this car is FAST if you want it to bed but friendly enough to daily drive, I have owned a previous B5 S4 and a modded E46 M3 and this car is WAY faster than both of them.)
JHM Rebuilt 6 speed manual transmission with upgraded syncros and stage 4 clutch and flywheel
APR Snub Mount and engine mounts
Rebuilt Drive shaft assembly 5000 miles ago with new bearings and universal joints
All fluids changed and replaced with Royal Purple Synthetics 5000 miles ago
Oil Changed with Mobil 1 Synthetic every 3000 miles YES I changed it every 3000 miles I AM THAT ANAL.
Radiator flushed thermostat replaced and new hoses installed and fresh G12 coolant done 3000 miles ago.
H&R Sport Adjustable Coil Overs (approx. 1.5" drop front and 2" drop rear) These really helped the car stop wallowing in corners, huge difference over Strut/lowering spring combos
Upgraded to Brembo Front Discs Crossdrilled/Slotted Less than 5000 miles on them
EBC Red Stuff Brake Pads front and rear (also including an extra set of fronts)
New Rotors for the rear will also be included (I bought the front and rear as a package deal and didn't need the rear ones replaced yet)
Stock B5 S4 Wheels powdercoated black with Dunlop Direzza D101 tires on them
Also Included are18" Enkie 10 Spoke Wheels Powdercoated Silver Metallic (they don't even make these anymore but they look SO good on this car, sold with crappy tires that need to be replaced)

THis car is immaculate and ready to go right now, you don't need to fix anything on it.

I have a clean title in Hand and it is registered until next year. I just had it smogged so it is ready to be driven home today. This car will sell FAST!

First 10000 takes it home, I am pretty firm on the price based on the wheels and extra items that are being sold with the car. You absolutely won't find another car out there as clean and reliable as this one.
