Do you know if these are the same as an 84 Jetta's?
If so, and your willing to pay the shipping, I've got one here in Colorado.

Take it to a machinist there may be some cheap solution,

If not isn't there a dual manifold/dp available for your 8v?
It would be an upgrade and better all together

Would you like me to at least check on shipping??
Probably wouldn't be more than $10 or $15...

Just a thought. Hate to scrap what you need!

    Neptuno,
I am planning on swapping my toilet-bowl setup for the dual pipe setup off an older car, but not until two weekends from now. My car is a California car and has no rust or exhaust leaks. If you can wait that long, I'll keep mine for you. And if you get one in the meantime, no big deal I'll just keep it.

Well, as promised I did the swap today. Here's the pics I took for you:

The only thing I don't know about is shown below. I think it is a factory dent to go over the sway bar, but I'm not sure. This is the only 8v I have removed the exhaust from or even paid attention to how it looks. So, it is dented...just not sure if factory or if it was hit at some point:

    (sent you pm regarding shipping)
